You share a bathroom with one other person.
Must be clean, non smoker, vapers ok, quiet and considerate. Must have rent on time every month no exceptions.
Totally private, no one will ever bother you or knock on your door or disturb you in anyway. Sleep like a log, very quiet. Your privacy and peace are very important and you must show same courtesy to other tenants.
NO COUPLES! You can have people spend the night occasionally but no live in couples at all.
Utilities include electricity, water, garbage pickup and 60 mbs xfinity internet.
Reasonable electric and water usage applies.
Small house trained dogs OK. No big dogs. For pets there is a $100 deposit, non negotiable.
